about Lauren Miller

Lauren was born in Jacksonville, Florida and moved all over the world with her family while her father served in the military. She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Before joining the team at BHNF, Lauren had a long career in the fitness industry where she was a personal trainer and managed a family-owned gym in Virginia Beach for 10 years. 

Lauren is so happy to be back in her home-state of Florida and beloved field of psychology, assisting Dr. Gross with his practice and helping patients.

Lauren lives in Saint Johns, FL with her US Navy husband and their two beautiful children.
